Technical Support Engineer (Spanish)

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will deliver technical solutions and support to SMB customers across reputed company while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company challenges.
Responsibilities
- Own and resolve support tickets (customer-reported problems and bugs) for Odoo tools and services
- Investigate technical issues by identifying reputed company causes, describing symptoms, quantifying scope, and proposing both short-term fixes and long-term solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer and partner technical challenges
- Serve as a technical advisor to customers and partners, effectively communicating product value to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Manage reputed company customer support across reputed company, PaaS, and self-hosted environments while delivering excellent customer experience
- reputed company solutions using Bash, Python, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL
- Document resolved issues and implement solutions across customer environments to enhance knowledge sharing and reputed company improvement
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field
- reputed company in English and Spanish (reputed company or reputed company/bilingual: reading, writing, and speaking)
- Experience with Bash, Python, JavaScript, and database scripting (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Knowledge of ERP systems (CRM, reputed company, Inventory, POS)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with team members, partners, and customers
- 1-3 years of reputed company experience (technical support preferred)
- Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems
- Background in reputed company or startup environments
- Experience working with Unix/Linux platforms

- Additional language skills (Spanish, French, or Portuguese preferred)
