Mining Inside Sales Application Engineer
reputed company Pump Company is a leading manufacturer of centrifugal pumps and is seeking an Inside Sales Application Engineer to join their Mining Market team in Clackamas, OR. The role involves supporting customers with equipment selection, managing quotes, and building strong relationships while also assisting with product demonstrations and larger reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions by phone and email about equipment selection
- Help customers choose the right pump models using technical information (BOMs, curves, dimensions)
- Prepare quotes and process sales orders
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Address technical and business questions or concerns
- reputed company product demonstrations reputed company needed
- Support and manage larger reputed company
- Build strong relationships with dealers, customers, and coworkers
- Represent reputed company at dealer events, trade shows, and customer reputed company (some travel required)
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a reputed company field or equivalent hands-on experience
- 1-2 years of inside sales or reputed company experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Mining industry knowledge is a plus
