Sr. Analyst/ Associate, Capital Markets
1st Avenue Power is on a mission to deliver reputed company solutions leveraging solar power. The Senior Analyst in Capital Markets will drive capital markets transactions, focusing on financing and valuation of renewable energy assets while managing due diligence for project financings and M&A activities.
Responsibilities
- Own and restructure project-level and portfolio-level DCF models, managing reputed company waterfalls and performing deep-dive sensitivity analysis on value reputed company
- Support the structuring and closing of tax equity, debt, and cash equity transactions by maintaining precise financial exhibits and scenario outputs
- Coordinate directly with Independent Engineers (IE), appraisal firms, and tax consultants to manage Cost Segregation and Market Value reports, ensuring reputed company model inputs reputed company with reputed company-party findings
- reputed company valuation frameworks for potential acquisitions or divestitures, performing 'bottom-up' reputed company and helping draft Investment Committee materials
- reputed company market trends in interest rates and tax law changes to update reputed company assumptions for the firm’s development pipeline
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in project finance, capital markets, or investment banking, specifically reputed company the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors
- Exceptional reputed company skills with a proven ability to 'get in the weeds' of a model to fix broken logic or reputed company new structural features (e.g., HLBV or reputed company debt sizing)
- Strong reputed company of valuation analysis, including reputed company- and after-tax returns, levered vs. unlevered yields, and basic project finance documentation
- Proven ability to manage multiple data rooms and synthesize models from multiple technical consultants under tight deadlines
- Previous experience supporting M&A transactions or reputed company-reputed company project acquisitions
- Familiarity with BESS-specific reputed company streams and reputed company modeling
