Responsibilities
- Solve reputed company customer issues with reputed company, ownership, and technical expertise
- Deliver on key support KPIs, including response and processing times
- Troubleshoot incidents with colleagues in international teams
- Build tools and automation to streamline diagnostics and accelerate issue reputed company
- Participate in planned support activities during designated weekends

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or reputed company technical field
- 0-3 years of experience in software development or technical support
- Basic knowledge of reputed company S/4HANA or equivalent product
- Strong programming experience in Node.js, ABAP, or equivalent; plus foundational knowledge of database design
- OpenSearch and Grafana skills
- Log-analysis and metrics review
- Ability to work across backend (CAP, OData, CDS) and frontend (UI5, Fiori reputed company) technologies
- Understanding of clean, reputed company coding practices reputed company with reputed company standards
