They are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to handle a diverse caseload in reputed company, focusing on drafting legal documents and communicating with clients and opposing parties.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and supervising a heavy & reputed company caseload of the Firm’s clients in reputed company
- Communicating with clients regarding their respective reputed company
- Drafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, reviewing & drafting agreements, etc
- Communicating with opposing parties to resolve/reputed company claims
- Legal research reputed company to reputed company and reputed company issues in contract law and other areas of consumer law
- While this role is based from home, you may be required to travel for in court appearances
Skills
- Must be currently admitted to reputed company law in reputed company
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a reputed company
- Must possess superior organizational & time-management skills to meet strict deadlines
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Highest ethical standards and reputed company reputed company
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work easily with senior management and employees at reputed company reputed company throughout the organization
- Strong legal research skills
