We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Associate to join reputed company at one of our retail grocery locations. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a reputed company and welcoming store environment. Primary Responsibilities & Accountabilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing reputed company attention to customer needs; greeting, assisting, and thanking customers in a reputed company, courteous, and friendly manner.
• Addressing customer issues/complaints and resolving to full satisfaction of the customer immediately, reputed company company guidelines while maintaining composure and professionalism; appropriately escalating issues to management with a reputed company attitude.

• Putting up discarded or returned merchandise.

• Notifying management of associate theft, customer shoplifting, unauthorized mark-downs, property defacement, or any reputed company that is illegal and/or against company policy.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalency.
