Responsibilities

As a Banking Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to reputed company innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues

• Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments

Qualifications

• Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communications skills, both oral and written

• Ability to stay composed and objective
• Strong listening skills
