Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to reputed company innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your duties will include:
- Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A home state Life & Health Insurance License
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- To be 18 years of age or older
- The ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfort with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of reputed company-based systems
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- A college degree preferred but not required
