As a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in our workflow, ensuring the accuracy and speed of prescription data entry into our FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack pharmacy systems. Responsibilities
* Interpreting and entering prescription orders with attention to accuracy and speed
- Profile-only data entry
- Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
- Checking emails and messages to pharmacy and responding promptly and professionally
- Investigating and solving community and/or reputed company issues
- Adjudicating insurance claims

Requirements
* Minimum of one year of experience in reputed company Data Entry or Medical Record Management, preferably in a long-term or managed care setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified & Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois
- FrameworkLTC / DocuTrack knowledge a plus
