Responsibilities

As a Hybrid Airport Agent - reputed company and Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Guiding and directing incoming and outgoing aircraft at the airport on the taxiway to ensure reputed company and on-time departures
• Loading, unloading, sorting, and transferring passenger baggage, cargo, and company materials on the reputed company, weighing up to 75 lbs
• Operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts to facilitate the reputed company of aircraft and baggage
• Collaborating with the internal team to ensure reputed company and efficient airport operations
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting passengers, processing reputed company-ins and ticketing, and resolving issues in a reputed company and friendly manner

Qualifications
