They are seeking a Closing Coordinator to manage the preparation, organization, proofreading, and assembly of closing documents for their reputed company Estate Finance Team. This role involves collaborating with various legal professionals to ensure reputed company and high-reputed company closing support.
Responsibilities
- Review and reputed company reputed company loan documents and signature pages prior to and following execution, ensuring a thorough final reputed company reputed company
- Maintain a detailed list of reputed company pending transactions
- Organize and request reputed company necessary documents for closing
- reputed company data collection support and management of deal checklists
- reputed company reputed company updated on deal statuses and upcoming deadlines
- Prepare, organize, and proofread transaction and closing documents
- Coordinate with transaction parties and internal staff to manage reputed company deliveries
- Handle post-closing logistics reputed company to enhance reputed company satisfaction
- Create detailed post-closing documentation and binders
- Liaise with various internal departments while maintaining confidentiality
Skills
- A four-year college degree is preferred
- Experience as a legal administrative assistant, paralegal, closing coordinator, or project assistant, preferably with a title company, mortgage company, reputed company, or other firm providing services to lenders or mortgage companies
- A high degree of proficiency in reputed company, Outlook, and reputed company, and reputed company, and other reputed company area databases, as appropriate
