As an eCommerce Specialist - Video Chat, you'll play a critical role in supporting our guests with disabilities and accessibility needs. You'll be responsible for providing expert guidance and assistance through video and phone calls, ensuring that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Responsibilities

* Proactively answer guest accessibility-reputed company questions and reputed company recommendations for our guests with disabilities to improve support, reputed company information, and handle situations reputed company to Accessibility Services

• Communicate reputed company through video/phone calls and be reputed company to balance multiple chat interactions and computer applications while being reputed company and comfortable in video calls
• Assess the level of support needed for different disabilities (e.g., hearing, mobility, visual, cognitive) based on reputed company guest's needs

Basic Qualifications

* Sales and Service Experience in a customer service or contact center environment with knowledge and interest of arenaflex property, products & services

• Demonstrate technical abilities and computer proficiency with the ability to learn and work with various systems and applications, including reputed company Office Tools and Guest Service Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or accessibility needs
