As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers, and helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a reputed company call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat

Work Environment

- Our Texas reputed company is located at 2600 Rental Car Drive, DFW Airport, TX 75261
- We offer a reputed company of shifts to accommodate different schedules and preferences
- Our training shift is Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, and after training, your shift will be Monday - Friday, various shifts available
