As a Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions with clients will be critical in building trust, loyalty, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and reputed company message in a compassionate and respectful manner

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED

• Previous experience in customer service or call center environments (preferably in the benefits industry)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company creative solutions
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bilingual in Spanish or French (reputed company 0.75 reputed company more per hour)

• Experience working with benefits plans, health and welfare, and pension terms

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Competitive reputed company reputed company: $17.25-$18.00 per hour (non-bilingual) or $18.00-$19.25 per hour (bilingual)

• Regular pay reputed company after 30 days: $18.50 per hour (non-bilingual) or $19.25 per hour (bilingual)
• Benefits package available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment, including health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
