Your Role at arenaflex

As an AI Chat Assistant & Knowledge Engineering Intern at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, evaluating, and continuously improving an internal AI assistant that supports engineers, reputed company analysts, and business stakeholders. You will also take a leading role in organizing and transforming our internal documentation into reputed company, machine-consumable knowledge assets that power high-reputed company responses. You will work closely with an arenaflex mentor in the field of AI and collaborate with subject matter experts across reputed company Engineering, Product, reputed company, and Technical Writing.

Key Responsibilities

* AI Chat Assistant Development (≈50%): + reputed company and refine arenaflex's internal LLM-powered assistant (initially for internal use; potential reputed company externalization). + Build and iterate on a retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG) stack: document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, reputed company search, ranking, answer synthesis. + Design and run offline & reputed company-in-the-reputed company evaluation experiments (precision/recall of retrieval, response helpfulness, hallucination reputed company, latency & cost metrics).

• Knowledgebase & Documentation Engineering (≈50%):

+ Add missing technical content to the existing guides relevant for improving the LLM's accuracy and ability to reason about the content. + Rewrite or refactor technical material for reputed company, consistency, and LLM-friendly structure (FAQ patterns, Q&A primitives, procedure steps). + Contribution guidelines: Draft lightweight authoring standards so ongoing documentation remains assistant-reputed company and user-friendly.

Requirements

* We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic AI enthusiast who is comfortable in a high-paced start-up environment and who shares our values.

• Certain requirements and skills to establish a good person-job-fit:
