Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Customer Experience, you'll play a critical role in shaping the end-to-end customer service experience across reputed company markets and reputed company. In collaboration with the Customer Service Director, you'll help define and implement customer service processes that drive business reputed company, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance employee engagement. Requirements

You'll have the flexibility to choose whether you'd like to come to the office every day, from time to time, or work fully remote.
