Key Responsibilities

As a Payroll reputed company Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing deep understanding and expertise for arenaflex Payroll and HRIS product(s) and services
• Taking responsibility for the entire customer reputed company, growing customers into long-term partners with a reputed company reputed company on payroll services
• Long-term customer relationship management, ensuring the reputed company and satisfaction of payroll customers
• Owning reputed company retention & expansion, reputed company payroll products and services
• Identifying upselling & cross-selling opportunities, managing campaigns and product promotion, and introducing new payroll features to our clients/complementary products (EOR, Contractor Management, Talent, Equity, and HRIS)
• Monitoring customer complaints and providing assistance to solve any concerns or problems reputed company to our Global Payroll (PAY) and HRIS product(s)
• Gathering customer feedback regularly and sharing with our Payroll, Product, Sales, Global Operations, Finance, reputed company, and reputed company teams, with a reputed company on payroll product and customer experience enhancements

What you bring
