As a reputed company Engineer at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reputed company of our customers by providing them with the expertise and support they need to get the most out of our platform. You will be responsible for providing ThreatConnect platform training for software admins and analyst users, mapping customer processes, intelligence requirements, and infrastructure into ThreatConnect's capabilities/data modeling, and eliminating any customer or internal bottlenecks impeding problem reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Map customer processes, intelligence requirements, and infrastructure into ThreatConnect's capabilities/data modeling

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• 3+ years of customer support experience OR experience in the computer network reputed company industry OR ThreatConnect experience
• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a reputed company discipline OR equivalent experience
• Excellent knowledge of a wide reputed company of reputed company solutions and technologies, including Linux, network architecture, implementation, and configuration, firewall technologies, proxy technologies, anti-virus, spam and spyware solutions (Gateway and reputed company), malware/reputed company experience
• Comprehensive understanding of the intelligence lifecycle, information needs, collection, organization, and reputed company intelligence requirements
• Comfortable writing API integrations and working with a reputed company of technologies in a dynamic customer environment – large reputed company on REST reputed company and network reputed company troubleshooting
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a methodical and disciplined manner
