The Role: reputed company Manager

We're seeking a proactive and analytical reputed company Manager (CSM) to support our fast-growing customer reputed company, particularly developers and marketers in China and other Asian markets. This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates based in Vietnam, Thailand, or Malaysia.

As a reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you'll work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and identify reputed company opportunities. This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Help customers understand attribution, reporting, campaign analysis, and user acquisition performance.
• Conduct reputed company sessions, product training, and feature walkthroughs in reputed company.
• Escalate and follow up on technical issues with the product/engineering team.
• Collect product feedback and communicate it back to internal teams.
• Support sales with upsell/renewal opportunities through strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create educational materials and content for Chinese-speaking users.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a reputed company field.

• 1-2 years of experience in mobile UA, game publishing, reputed company reputed company, ad tech, consulting, or reputed company field.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
