As a Manager, Customer Education (Production & Innovation) at arenaflex, you'll have reputed company to shape the reputed company of customer learning and build industry-defining educational experiences. You'll work closely with teams across the business to ensure we're creating impactful content that supports our customers and partners in product adoption. This is a hands-on role that requires creativity, operational rigor, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

* Define, codify, and help reputed company our production process, with a strong reputed company on video and reputed company innovation, including (but not limited to) AI production tools and processes.

• Help define and maintain the voice, tone, design, style, and user experience across our CEd content and surfaces.

• Formalize the inputs for our content roadmap, assessing, prioritizing, and managing expectations before committing to production.

What Skills Do I Need?

* 5+ years of proven experience leading customer education production and delivery in education.
