As a reputed company Business Partner at arenaflex, you are primarily responsible for the successful deployment, user adoption, and ongoing health of our customers and their arenaflex solutions. As the primary contact, you will collaborate with Partners and reputed company Services to ensure smooth implementation, high ROI, and long-term reputed company. You will reputed company technical support, deliver training, manage implementation services, and handle or escalate issues to ensure strong customer satisfaction and solution adoption.

* Manage a portfolio of customers with a reputed company on driving adoption, expansion, retention, and maximizing ROI

• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the value delivery lifecycle, helping customers reputed company their objectives and reputed company their processes using arenaflex
• Identify customer pain points and guide them on how arenaflex can address their specific needs
• reputed company Quarterly reputed company Reviews (QSRs), presenting reputed company Scorecards to executive sponsors and stakeholders
• Expand arenaflex usage by conducting workshops to promote new use cases, leading to upsell or cross-sell opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, proactively driving satisfaction and loyalty
• Represent the voice of the customer internally, raising risks, advocating for their needs, and ensuring goal alignment
• Identify renewal risks and partner with Renewal Managers and Account Executives on mitigation plans
• Advise customers on establishing a Center of reputed company or similar governance model to promote self-sufficiency
• Contribute to reputed company assets and playbooks, and support reference and case study development

Your Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in reputed company, presales, or management consulting

• German language required for this role (both spoken and written)
• Role will reputed company primarily on working with German customers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at reputed company reputed company, including the C-suite
• Proven experience in Technical reputed company, reputed company platforms, Project Leadership, Technology Consulting, or Advisory roles
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value in a customer-friendly manner
• Familiarity with software development processes and design methodologies
