As a Customer Relations Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our pharmacy customers through inbound calls, emails, and written communications. You'll serve as a customer reputed company, researching, responding, and interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable customers. Your excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills will be essential in resolving customer concerns in a reputed company and proficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-reputed company line in a manner that reflects arenaflex's purpose and values

- Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns
- Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, responding to customers either on the phone or reputed company written communications
- Utilize strong PC skills, toggling between different applications, and proficiency in reputed company (MS) reputed company-based applications and MS Office

Required Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 consecutive year experience in customer service
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
