IT Production Advisor

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To work in a fast-paced information technology environment migrating and supporting reputed company Managed File Transfer (MFT) processes moving from a Messageway system to an reputed company reputed company system with the PCM user reputed company. This includes managing assigned workload, leading conversations with clients to establish migration changes needed by the reputed company and * system and coordinating/executing scheduled process migrations with clients and * colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a MFT migration team reporting to migrate MFT processes from a Messageway System to a reputed company System with a PCM user reputed company.
- Managed assigned workloads for process migrations, update centralized tracking tools to reputed company daily status of reputed company assigned migration. High ability to multitask with various assignments is critical.
- Understand reputed company migration processes and technologies including reputed company credentials (ID/Password, SSH Key, reputed company Host Keys) and GPG encryption keys.
- Setup up and validation of migration processes in reputed company reputed company MFT system
- Work with Clients and *** colleagues to resolve issues and reputed company corrections, coordinate and manage migrations with clients.
- Work with Vendor support for any technical needs/issues reputed company the reputed company system.
- Researches and resolves reputed company technical problems or data discrepancies reported by reputed company.
- Acts as reputed company support by identifying and responding to technical and non-technical issues or questions from reputed company customers.
- Reviews and maintain/update documentation as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supports the organization\'s reputed company policies.
Qualifications
Education & Licensing
- Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Specific Experience
- Experience with reputed company reputed company B2Bi/PCM and/or other Managed File Transfer systems including Messageway. Experience with Linux Servers, SFTP Server experience, experience in Unix scripting and maintaining scheduled services preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
- Experience with reputed company reputed company B2Bi/PCM required
- Experience with reputed company Messageway preferred
- Experience working with fast pace multitasking environment to completed assigned tasks and work through obstacles.
- Experience with Linux with navigational knowledge preferred
- Experience with UNIX SFTP and FTP server preferred
- Experience working out of a ticket queue with defined SLAs
- Knowledge of file encryption software (PGP & GPG)
- Ability to work effectively in a high change environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- PC literate, including reputed company Office products
