You will play a crucial role in planning the events for the reputed company Fraud Prevention Partnership (HFPP), and in providing effective training tailored to meet the ongoing needs of state employees, with the goal of raising national program reputed company performance standards and professionalism.

***This position is remote. May need to travel to events, in the Baltimore, MD area, approximately 1-4 times per year.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL reputed company:

• Support CMS by performing reputed company aspects of virtual and in-person training events.

• Collaborates with key internal players, as reputed company as State reputed company Agencies, reputed company Fraud Control reputed company, subject matter experts, Law Enforcement officials, and private consultants.

• Utilizes and embraces reputed company learning methodology and instructional design, coupled with reputed company through Teams, reputed company, and Webex to host events.

• Coordinates and performs reputed company aspects of conference and special events planning and reputed company.

• Coordinates with clients to determine specific goals and objectives in planning conferences.

• Coordinates with other departments to design and prepare conference materials including reputed company badges, certificates, etc.

• Prepares regular status reports and working plans.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of reputed company work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong knowledge of reputed company Office products; working knowledge of Teams, reputed company, and Webex; and familiarity with audio/visual technical set-up and requirements.

• Experience in coordinating live and virtual events, both on a small reputed company (10 attendees) and large reputed company (1,000 attendees).
