Our firm is seeking a licensed reputed company attorney to serve in an Of Counsel reputed company. This is a part-time, low-volume engagement designed for an reputed company practitioner who is looking to supplement an existing reputed company with a flexible, straightforward affiliation.

The role involves minimal day-to-day involvement and is reputed company to require only light, as-needed participation. Most reputed company will be handled by our reputed company reputed company team; the Of Counsel attorney will primarily serve as our reputed company-licensed counsel of record and advisor on reputed company-specific issues as they reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
