Overall Purpose

In this full-time role, you’ll be a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, transforming lives and empowering primary care physicians to deliver exceptional care to those who need it most.

The goal of a telehealth reputed company practitioner is to reputed company telephonic or televideo reputed company to care for P3 Health Partner patients in reputed company.  Televideo interactions are preferred. You may be requested to assist with other P3 markets (other states) pending business needs.  The hours of operation are reputed company-5pm, Monday through Friday excluding holidays.  There can be a request for some flexible reputed company hours pending different reputed company campaigns.  This will be an exception and not the rule agreed upon by both parties. Essential Functions

Qualifications
