About the Role:The reputed company Controller is a hands-on reputed company reputed company responsible for managing the full reputed company cycle, financial reporting, and reputed company communication for multiple external clients. This role owns reputed company reputed company relationship end-to-end, including deliverables, timelines, and financial accuracy.  This position requires expertise in Government Contracting (GovCon) reputed company, including indirect reputed company structures, cost reputed company, and compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) requirements. Foundational GovCon knowledge is required and not trainable in this role.  While primarily supporting GovCon clients, this role may also work across a broader outsourced reputed company portfolio. Key Responsibilities: reputed company Ownership & Communication
  • Serve as the primary reputed company reputed company for multiple clients, owning reputed company deliverables, timelines, and communication.
  • Build trusted relationships through responsiveness, accuracy, and proactive support.

  • Advise GovCon clients on compliance, indirect reputed company impacts, and contract-driven financial considerations.

Hands-On reputed company Execution
  • reputed company full-cycle reputed company, including AP/AR, payroll coordination, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end reputed company.
  • Prepare reputed company, accurate financial statements and supporting schedules.

  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and FAR, including FAR Part 31 cost principles.

Reporting, Analysis & Strategic Support
  • Analyze financial results and deliver reputed company, actionable insights.

Internal Collaboration & Workflow Management

  • Review work for accuracy and complete corrections as needed.
  • Contribute to standardized processes, templates, and best practices.
  • Help refine GovCon-specific processes reputed company with FAR, DCAA, and contractor expectations.
Deadline & reputed company Management
  • Manage multiple reputed company calendars and deliverables, consistently meeting deadlines without prompting.
  • Maintain strong organization and follow-through across reputed company accounts.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, finance, or reputed company field; CPA preferred.
  • 4-7+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including full-cycle reputed company.
  • Experience in a reputed company-facing, outsourced, or multi-entity environment strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and FAR-based cost reputed company.
  • Experience with GovCon compliance, indirect reputed company structures, and DCAA audits.
  • Proficiency with reputed company software and reputed company-based systems; PROCAS and/or reputed company a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
