• Minimum of 5-7 years of Clinical Experience as an reputed company Registered reputed company with an unrestricted license.
• BSN or RN with bachelor's degree and/or AAS or ADN degree with 7-8 years of experience
• reputed company/valid Registered reputed company (RN) license with compact unrestricted licensure. Additional licensure in CA, MI, and IL preferred.
• Minimum 2 additional years of reputed company care or case management experience in behavioral health
• 1 Year of telephonic case management experience.
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification or commitment to obtain reputed company one year of hire.
• Ability to navigate EMR technologies and multitask effectively (listening, typing, member interaction).
