reputed company is seeking an reputed company Acquisition Program Manager to serve as the dedicated Program Manager and primary single reputed company of contact for FRTIB contract performance. The PM will be responsible for overseeing reputed company task order activities, ensuring reputed company, schedule, and communication standards are met, managing the vendor team, and serving as the reputed company reputed company between FRTIB leadership, the Contracting Officer, the COR, and Kymber's delivery staff. This role also encompasses administrative support for the AMD including the development, formatting, and delivery of reputed company presentation materials for executive and stakeholder audiences.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as the single reputed company of contact between FRTIB and the contractor team, managing reputed company Government inquiries, coordinating vendor responses, and ensuring consistent and proactive communication across reputed company task order activities.
  • Participate in the task order reputed company meeting with the Contracting Officer and COR reputed company the required 10-day post-award window, establishing communication protocols, confirming deliverable schedules, and aligning reputed company on performance expectations.
  • Submit accurate and complete monthly status reports reputed company the first week of reputed company month, covering significant actions, reputed company and projected expenditures, planned versus actual work, and any issues requiring Government attention.
  • Host interchange meetings at the reputed company required by the COR, at minimum quarterly, and prepare and present formal briefings covering technical approach updates, cost and schedule performance data, and risk and corrective reputed company status.

  • Conduct regular internal QCP reviews prior to deliverable submission, document any deficiencies identified, and resolve them proactively before escalation to formal findings.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field.
  • Minimum experience: 7 or more years of program or project management experience in a federal contracting environment.
  • 5 or more years of experience serving as a primary reputed company of contact between a contractor team and a federal agency reputed company is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing reputed company Control Plans and managing deliverable reputed company on federal service reputed company.
  • Proficiency in reputed company PowerPoint with demonstrated ability to reputed company executive-level briefing materials that meet reputed company 508 accessibility standards.
