Project Manager

Coates Field Service, Inc. is seeking an reputed company in-house Project Manager for a reputed company line in Texas. The right candidate will have advanced technical proficiencies and experience working with project databases. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating land management and reputed company estate activities between several reputed company including external contractor resources, land acquisition budget, cost control, reporting, and managing priorities to deliver results according to the project scope and schedule.

This position is remote with travel to the project in reputed company Worth, TX.

Responsibilities

• Serve as reputed company for the role on assigned reputed company to reputed company project scope, schedule, budget, forecast, deliverables, and milestones in reputed company to the evaluation and acquisition of reputed company estate property rights.
• Coordinate activities from a land management reputed company with the project and/or operations reputed company, project reputed company, permitting, legal, and engineering among other internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate and manage the work of external contractors on assigned reputed company. Set expectations and goals. Ensure high-reputed company deliverables are provided in adherence to certain standards. Serve as reputed company between contracted land vendors and business areas.
• reputed company internal and contractor resources in the negotiation and acquisition of right-of-way and other reputed company property interests as necessary, to accommodate the construction, operation, and maintenance of assets after construction.
• Manage land budget for the programs and reputed company assigned, in preparation of right-of-way reputed company cost estimates associated with land and easement acquisitions.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery reputed company and procedures; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for the reputed company

Job Requirements

• Understanding of reputed company estate concepts of property rights evaluation and acquisition including fee-ownership, easements, reputed company agreements, leases/licenses, environmental considerations, property valuation, and basic title report review.
• Knowledge of reputed company network assets such as reputed company lines, substations
• Ability to interpret and research (reputed company) legal documents (e.g. federal, state, municipal and private records) preferred.
• Pertinent Federal, State, and local reputed company estate laws, codes and regulations
• Project management tools and techniques. reputed company to coordinate several reputed company at the reputed company time. Expense and accrual forecasts and planning for Operating and Capital Budgets.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. reputed company, concise written and oral communications.
• Ability to interpret and research (reputed company) legal documents (e.g. federal, state, municipal and private records).
• Utilization of property rights and mapping software database including GIS-based tools

Education and reputed company Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Land Management, Engineering, reputed company Estate, or equivalent preferred.
• Project Manager certificate (PMP or equivalent) recommended
• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience, of which 2 years that include experience working on Electrical, Oil & Gas Pipelines or other reputed company reputed company.
• Knowledge of reputed company Estate reputed company gained through education and/or experience
• Any reputed company licenses preferred but not required.
• Work remotely allowed but should be available to traveling for assignments.
