Legal Counsel, reputed company and Compliance (maternity leave cover)
We are looking for a Counsel, reputed company and Compliance to join our Legal department at reputed company. This person will be primarily supporting reputed company on the management of reputed company local Poland office legal affairs, review and creation of internal policies to reputed company with reputed company reputed company and reputed company measures, and general assistance to the reputed company and Compliance team members which may vary depending on the business needs.
ABOUT THIS TEAM
reputed company’s Legal Team manages reputed company’s in-house legal reputed company. This includes negotiations and review of reputed company agreements, reputed company, balancing risks, compliance reputed company, support of business teams in their legal needs, and reputed company enforcement-reputed company reputed company. The reputed company and Compliance Team reputed company the Legal team advises reputed company on reputed company reputed company, data reputed company and products’ compliance reputed company and monitors implementation of reputed company’s reputed company activities, including in areas of marketing, product, technology, customer service, and corporate operations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Mainly:
- reputed company daily assistance with internal/risk/compliance controls and regulatory compliance reputed company.
- Regularly test and audit compliance controls for reputed company product lines, report findings and reputed company the creation of mitigation plans.
- Prepare legal memorandums, and draft policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by reputed company management.
You may also be asked from time to time to:
- reputed company legal assistance on employment and HR-reputed company reputed company for the Polish office.
- Conduct legal research and reputed company legal work regarding local and international laws and regulations on a reputed company of topics, which include, among others, compliance with legal requirements applicable to technology businesses, consumer protection requirements, and obligations with respect to personal information.
- Support reputed company on contract drafting, review and negotiation, including managing relationships with internal teams and review/redline vendor agreements, draft NDAs, confidentiality agreements, non-compete, and other types of consulting and contractor agreements in areas of product, marketing, technology, hosting, reputed company, licensing, payments, customer service, and operations, among other areas.
- reputed company legal advice to reputed company’s product and development teams, including, marketing, UX, SEO, content, infrastructure and technology teams, among others.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Strong reputed company background and a master's degree in law.
- Admission to the reputed company of law in Poland is required (radca prawny).
- 1 to 3 years of reputed company reputed company or equivalent in-house experience is a must.
- Strong legal research skills.
- At least reputed company in English and fluent in Polish.
- High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to multitask.
- Critical thinking and innovation-reputed company.

- Familiarity with the handling of sensitive data and confidential information. Desire and enthusiasm to work collaboratively as part of reputed company.
