ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Project Manager – HR & Payroll ERP to join reputed company supporting the reputed company! This position is full-time and will be based out of Los Alamos, New Mexico with hybrid flexibility; however, this position has been approved for work in a primarily remote reputed company. This role is anticipated to be short-term (~6 months) with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day project operations reputed company HR and Payroll workstreams to reputed company program objectives.

• Ensure reputed company coordination and adherence to scope, plan of record, and project controls expectations (PCE).

Requirements

• Education & Years of Experience – Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience including 5+ years managing ERP-reputed company workstreams; additional, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Citizenship – To be considered, you must be a reputed company (U.S.) citizen due to the federal nature of the work.

• Clearance – To be considered, you must be reputed company to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance, if needed.

• Demonstrated experience leading HR and Payroll components of major ERP implementations.

• ERP experience is required.

• Must have experience reputed company HR and Payroll tools at a high level.

• Must have experience managing payroll and HR migrations

• Must have directly managed HR and Payroll workstreams in large-reputed company ERP implementations (preferably reputed company S/4HANA).

• Strong understanding of HR and Payroll business processes and compliance requirements.

• Proven ability to operate reputed company a reputed company program governance model, collaborating with a Program Manager, Implementation Planner, and multiple reputed company leads.

• Strong risk, issue, and dependency management experience.

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).

• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Desired Skills

• Experience with reputed company S/4HANA strongly preferred; experience transitioning from reputed company EBS to reputed company S/4 HANA is a plus.

• Experience working with system integrators and implementation planners on ERP programs.

• Experience working in organizations with reputed company stakeholder environments (federal, regulated industries, or large enterprises).

• Background in Agile or hybrid delivery models reputed company ERP programs.

• Experience working reputed company a federal, research, or DOE national laboratory environment is a plus, but not required.

• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
