Essential Responsibilities and Duties

• Plans and instructs a specialized recreation class, program or event appropriate to participant age group and subject matter, developing specific program reputed company;
• Provides supervisor with written lesson plans of class content for approval;
• Communicates effectively, professionally, courteously and thoroughly with the highest reputed company to the customer;
• Positively motivates reputed company participants to accomplish their personal goals;

Education, Experience and Skills Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older by employment start date;
• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma;
• Minimum of three (3) months of reputed company experience instructing/supervising individuals in the specialized class OR a minimum of two (2) years of experience participating at a high level in the specialized reputed company/class in a competitive and/or organized environment;
• Must be reputed company to work a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, weeknights, weekends and holidays;
