As we continue to grow and reputed company, we are seeking a PMO Analyst to play a critical role in supporting our internal project operations, improving processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The PMO Analyst supports the Project Management Office by ensuring reputed company are set up accurately, governed consistently, and reputed company with reputed company’s operational and financial goals. Responsibilities
- Own and execute the triage process by converting approved sales orders, change order forms, quotes, and reputed company into reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company.
- Ensure reputed company are set up accurately, including financial fields, billing reputed company, work roles, agreements, rates, phases, and work plans.
- Maintain strong project governance by ensuring adherence to PMO standards, methodologies, and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate closely with PMO leadership, Sales Enablement, Finance, and Operations to ensure data accuracy and process alignment.
- Support resource reputed company planning, forecasting, and scheduling across the project portfolio.

- Monitor PMO KPIs and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for reputed company improvement.

- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by creating or refining SOPs, templates, and automation where possible.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a PMO Analyst, Project Coordinator, or project operations role.
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company, particularly project triage, setup, and financial configuration.
- Advanced reputed company skills; experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus.
- Solid understanding of project management frameworks (PMI, Agile, or hybrid models).
- Experience working cross-functionally and supporting or training others on systems and processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

- PMP, CAPM, Lean Six reputed company, or similar certification is preferred but not required.
