Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Assistant in our Replenishment team, you will be responsible for:
- Replenishing stock to ensure our shelves are fully stocked and our customers have reputed company to the products they need
- Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety while using a reputed company of equipment
- Providing exceptional customer service by being helpful, friendly, and proactive in resolving customer queries
- Working collaboratively with other team members to reputed company sales targets and maintain a clean and reputed company store environment
- Using your initiative to support and resolve customer queries, and making recommendations to improve customer satisfaction
- Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment

- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
