As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and building long-term relationships with our clients. About the Role
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, Inbound, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of incoming phone calls, emails, and other inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing large amounts of incoming phone calls, ensuring reputed company and efficient reputed company of customer issues
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to reputed company satisfaction, building sustainable relationships and trust through reputed company and interactive communication
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right reputed company/tools, meeting personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas

Requirements

- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to type 40 wpm or more

- Ability to take on additional tasks as needed
