As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a large call volume while ensuring reputed company customer service and patient satisfaction. You'll serve as the primary reputed company of communication for patients' billing inquiries, following up on reputed company issues not resolved during conversation with the patient/guarantor.
