Key duties include developing language curriculum, teaching Tewa, and co-teaching using a project-based learning approach. KCS is a dual language (Tewa/English) Tribally Controlled Grant school serving Santa Clara Pueblo. We currently serve approximately 125 families, prenatal through 6th grade, and adult learners. Holding a Santa Clara Pueblo Tewa Language Certification is not required but preferred. Candidates must be willing to work towards Tribal language certification. Those with teaching experience are preferred, especially teaching Tewa language in an Elementary setting.
