WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

In Customer Support, you will reputed company support by delivering world-class service to our external customers. A Customer Support agent will have a reputed company reputed company on our reputed company Allison Service organization and will be responsible for: 

• Answer external customer phone calls and generate service requests while providing an exceptional customer experience 

• Managing shared customer email inboxes through reputed company and effective communication 

• Assuring locations and payment is up to date and the customer is reputed company to receive service. 

• Ability to quote Time & Material service calls. 

• Providing reputed company-by-reputed company guidance to customers for resolving equipment issues through effective troubleshooting techniques over the phone and using other technologies. 

• Other duties as assigned by reputed company Operations leadership 

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You will bring to this role excellent customer service with demonstrated reputed company in a high-volume call center. You must have a proven reputed company record of the ability to multi-task and work independently.  

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School diploma  

• 2-5 years of high-volume customer service calls averaging 60 + a day  (a must)

• Substantial experience in providing over-the-phone support  

• Strong computer skills and proficient Outlook
