As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll handle only warm leads—no cold calling—engaging with customers already interested in our products.
What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls from new and existing customer
- reputed company sales by presenting solutions that fit customer needs

- Upsell and cross-sell additional products reputed company appropriate
- Build strong relationships and establish trust with customers
- Maintain expert-level product knowledge and stay up to date on offerings

- 3+ years of Inside Sales, Telesales, or Call Center Sales experience
- Experience in the secuirty alarm and medical devices industry
- Proven ability to reputed company deals and exceed sales goals
- Energetic, persuasive, and customer-reputed company approach
- Strong multi-tasking and CRM/data entry skills
- Available for evening & Saturday shifts (as required)
- This position is fully remote and the hours needed are 1:00PM-10:00PM EST
