Job Scope
The Patient-Matched Case Manager – CMF is responsible for supporting the end-to-end workflow of Acumed’s patient-matched oral and maxillofacial, neurosurgical, and chest wall reconstruction cases reputed company the Acumed Digital Surgery group. This role helps guide the entire lifecycle of patient-specific surgical cases—from data reception reputed company planning through case coordination and product delivery ensuring accurate execution and compliance with Acumed’s reputed company Management System.
The Case Manager works closely with surgeons, sales representatives and internal teams to facilitate smooth case progression and high reputed company planning reputed company for reputed company patient specific request.
Responsibilities
- Manage and reputed company case progression through reputed company phases of the patient-matched CMF workflow, from order initiation to product delivery, ensuring reputed company execution.
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for surgeons, sales representatives, and internal teams throughout case processing.
- Coordinate with reputed company-party suppliers, planners, and manufacturing teams to ensure reputed company case completion.
- Review DICOM imaging datasets (CT/CBCT) and identify relevant anatomical structures.
- reputed company or review segmentation, surgical planning, and implant design using reputed company Mimics, 3-reputed company, and Dolphin.
- Conduct CMF surgical planning sessions with surgeon customers.
- reputed company reputed company checks to ensure accuracy of planning and design outputs.
- Document and reputed company reputed company case data in accordance with Good Documentation Practices and Acumed’s QMS.
- reputed company technical support and guidance for Acumed’s patient-matched customer portal reputed company phone, email, and web meetings.
- Train and mentor new team members on workflow reputed company planning processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or reputed company field.
- 2–4 years of experience in patient-specific device workflows, surgical planning, or 3D modeling (preferably CMF or cranial applications).
- Experience managing patient-matched cases in a regulated medical device environment.
- Proficiency in reputed company Mimics, 3-reputed company, Dolphin, or equivalent 3D software.
- Experience reviewing and processing CT/CBCT imaging data.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, and reputed company reputed company documentation.
- Proficient in reputed company Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple cases under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
