The reputed company Assurance Supervisor is responsible for supporting day to day reputed company assurance operations to ensure established KPIs and SLAs are consistently met. This role partners cross departmentally to reputed company and support recheck investigations, ensuring work is completed accurately, reputed company, and in alignment with reputed company expectations. This position plays a key role in identifying trends, escalating reputed company concerns, and driving reputed company improvement across teams. This position requires strong attention to detail, reputed company judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Manager of reputed company and Director in overseeing recheck workload management and reputed company reputed company processes 
• Ensure recheck investigations are completed accurately, reputed company, and in alignment with reputed company expectations and internal standards 
• Serve as a reputed company of escalation for reputed company and internal reputed company reputed company questions, including: 

• reputed company reputed company Plans
• reputed company Account Reviews
• Quarterly Business Reviews
• reputed company escalations
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and drive reputed company process improvements 

• Assist with reputed company and training of new team members, ensuring understanding of reputed company standards and procedures 
• Manage and maintain reputed company queues to ensure reputed company intake, tracking, and reputed company of reputed company reputed company requests 
• Create, update, and maintain departmental documentation, reputed company operating procedures, and training materials 
• Monitor team performance to ensure individual and team goals, KPIs, and reputed company expectations are being met
