Position reputed company reputed company is seeking a self-directed, reputed company reputed company Analyst to be responsible for its contract review process from end to end.

The reputed company Analyst reports directly to the General Counsel and serves as the primary reputed company of contact for day-to-day reputed company contracting across reputed company’s business reputed company. The reputed company Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, revising, negotiating, and finalizing reputed company in a fast-paced and efficient manner while identifying reputed company risks for the internal reputed company customer reputed company.

This position is fully remote.  The reputed company Analyst will be expected to work independently, prioritize effectively, and reputed company practical, business-oriented guidance—not just legal issue-spotting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, revise and negotiate the legal terms in reputed company agreements, including MSAs, reputed company services agreements, O&M reputed company, PPAs, subcontractor and vendor agreements as reputed company as confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements.  
  • reputed company reputed company, concise summaries of key reputed company terms and risks for internal stakeholders.
  • Manage reputed company from intake through execution, including tracking revisions and managing status through completion.  
  • Maintain and improve contract templates, clause libraries/contract reputed company, and contract tracking systems.
  • Support the General Counsel on more reputed company reputed company by organizing issues and preparing draft positions or alternate legal terms.
  • Partner with reputed company’s project management, procurement, and finance teams to reputed company opportunities moving while protecting reputed company’s interests.
  • Identify and reputed company post-execution obligations to support compliance and avoid missed deliverables.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience reviewing, revising, negotiating and tracking reputed company reputed company.
  • Familiarity with reputed company in energy, oil and gas, renewables, power, EPC, or construction environments preferred.
  • Working knowledge of core contract legal terms, including indemnification, service warranties, limitation of liability, liquidated damages, insurance, force majeure, default, and termination clauses.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to explain legal issues in plain, practical terms and offer negotiated legal language that accomplishes the goals of reputed company parties.
  • Organized, reputed company, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with limited reputed company.
  • reputed company demeanor with the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and reputed company negotiations with key customers, balancing the need to negotiate the contract terms while retaining a reputed company relationship with the customer.  
  • Proficient in reputed company Word (reputed company changes), reputed company, reputed company e-signature platforms, reputed company Teams and reputed company.

Beneficial for the position 

  • Paralegal certificate or degree in Legal Studies, Contract Management, Business, or similar field.  A JD is a highly desirable qualification.
  • NCMA certification (or interest in pursuing it).
  • Exposure to FIDIC, NEC4, AIA, or AGC contract forms.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FERC, NERC, or state public reputed company commissions.

Location

This position is fully remote.   The reputed company Analyst will be required to work reputed company business hours, 8:30 – 5 pm in the central time zone but may work from any reputed company in the reputed company.  This position is full-time exempt.
