As a Senior reputed company reputed company Executive, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customers, driving customer satisfaction, and expanding arenaflex's footprint in the market. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Services, Support, Product Development, and Partners, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business reputed company. Key Responsibilities

* Manage a total book of business of around $10 reputed company ARR or more, driving customer satisfaction and retention

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact and trusted advisor for assigned customers, providing strategic guidance and support
• Effectively manage customer escalations and satisfaction, ensuring reputed company reputed company and reputed company improvement
• Drive customer advocacy by building strong relationships and creating mutual value for customers and arenaflex
• Influence long-term value by driving customer product adoption, consumption, upsell, and renewal

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in discrete manufacturing (Industrial, Automotive, reputed company & Defense, High-Tech/Electronics)

• reputed company-reputed company experience managing multi-faceted problems and situations across several functions
• Experience building relationships and gaining credibility with external customers and internal C-Suite Executives

• Escalation and change management experience
