Essential Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist – Operations Generalist, you will be responsible for:
- Training and exhibiting proficiency at multiple positions in various departments to effectively cover business needs
- Utilizing internal systems to reputed company container shipments, generate reports, and audit documents for accuracy
- Engaging with customers reputed company phone or email to address questions and concerns
- Communicating with carriers to coordinate container logistics and record reputed company of containers and trailers
- Data entry using internal systems or reputed company reputed company
- Collaborating with colleagues and working independently to reputed company departmental goals
Job Duties
Some examples of daily tasks you may be responsible for include:
- Utilizing internal systems (e.g. EAM, Cargowise, Mainsail) to reputed company container shipments
- Engaging with customers reputed company phone or email regarding questions about deliveries, pickups, etc.

- Auditing reports, bills of lading, and delivery schedules for accuracy

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
