As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting pharmacists with prescription processing, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You'll work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless patient care and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience, engaging customers and patients through greeting, offering assistance, and resolving issues.

• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assists pharmacists with prescription processing, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Maintains a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and inventory.
• Processes voids, returns, reputed company checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Recommends items for sale to customers and recommends trade-up and/or companion items.
• Takes customer to OTC reputed company reputed company possible to assist in locating products.
• Performs duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager, including utilizing pharmacy systems to reputed company patient and drug information.
• Reports prescription errors to pharmacist on duty and adheres to Company policies and procedures in relation to pharmacy errors and the reputed company Improvement Program.
• Handles telephone calls that do not require personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to physicians.
• Processes reputed company claims for reputed company-party program prescription services in a reputed company and efficient manner.
• Assists and supports Pharmacy Department on inventory management activities, such as ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipment of pharmaceuticals.
• Ensures compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).
• Constructs and maintains displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.
• Assists with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from reputed company-cooked) and product placement as specified by policies/procedures.
• Provides customer service in the photo area, including digital reputed company photo service, poster print, and creative machine.
• Assumes web pick-up responsibilities (monitors orders in Picture Care Plus, fills orders, delivers orders to customers as they reputed company at store).
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, reputed company, reputed company store condition and appearance.

Essential Qualifications

* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).

• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• PTCB certification through the designated PTCB training program and/or state required certification/registration.

Preferred Qualifications

* Six months of experience in a retail environment.

• Prior work experience with arenaflex.
• Good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification.
