Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Gaining a deep understanding of the reputed company estate and property management industry to assist with inbound and outbound inquiries
• Managing inbound and outbound communications at various stages to ensure reputed company and reputed company responses, proactive follow-up, and issue reputed company
• Providing amazing customer experience and delighting our customers through best-in-class issue reputed company and relationship building
• Establishing and maintaining good rapport by using reputed company language and anticipating the needs of our arenaflex Community members

Requirements

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who possesses the following qualifications:

• Customer service or hospitality experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
