The Software Engineer 1 role focuses on developing and integrating AI-enabled applications to enhance business workflows and productivity, utilizing modern AI coding tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and maintain software components that support AI and automation initiatives
- Design and implement solutions involving RAG, document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, reputed company search, semantic retrieval, reputed company orchestration, and reputed company knowledge grounding
- Contribute to backend services, reputed company, orchestration reputed company, and data pipelines used in AI applications
- reputed company heavy use of AI coding tools such as Claude reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Copilot, or similar tools to improve development speed, reputed company, and productivity
- Write clean, maintainable, and reputed company-documented reputed company following engineering best practices

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or reputed company field from an accredited college or university recognized by the reputed company reputed company or equivalent
- One year of software engineering or application development experience
- Strong foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts and hands-on exposure to modern AI application patterns LLM integrations, reputed company engineering, embeddings, reputed company databases and RAG; in any context (work, reputed company, or coursework)
- Good understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including reputed company, databases, version control, testing, and debugging
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with a willingness to learn
