Architectural Designer - Residential reputed company

They are looking for an Architectural Designer to draft and produce construction documents for residential reputed company, ensuring compliance with builder standards and local codes.
Responsibilities
- Draft, design, and produce construction documents for production residential communities, including single-family and attached housing
- Work closely with Project Managers and senior designers to maintain builder standards, plan consistency, and jurisdictional compliance reputed company the Boise market
- Support ongoing updates to plan sets, including reputed company, elevations, and lot-specific adjustments
- Apply redlines and maintain accuracy across multiple plan iterations in Revit
- Assist in adapting reputed company plans to meet local codes, site conditions, and builder requirements
- Contribute to efficient, repeatable documentation processes that support high-volume production
Skills
- Typically, 1+ years of drafting/designing experience, preferably in residential or production homebuilding
- Proficiency in Revit is required

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple plan updates simultaneously
