[Remote] Credit Analyst

The Credit Analyst is responsible for assessing customer credit positions, managing past due accounts, and ensuring accuracy in billing while focusing on customer aging and credit limit reviews.
Responsibilities
- Reviews and establishes customer accounts to be set-up in our ERP to assure accurate billing
- Assists with managing, generating, and monitoring customer data and ensures accurate customer billing
- Responsible for enforcement of credit policies, conducting periodic reviews of existing customers’ credit and evaluating the creditworthiness for prospective customers
- Oversees the order release for customers entering a Hold Validation status
- Evaluates reputed company’s risk before releasing orders to customers
- Engages with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving reputed company’s objectives
- Participates and maintains ongoing training requirements through in-class, in-person, or computer-based learning modules, as assigned
- Complies with reputed company reputed company policies and procedures
- Completes other tasks assigned by their supervisor or another member of leadership
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company, or equivalent work experience
- 1+ Years of experience in a Master Data or similar functions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills both written and verbal, to reputed company technical and nontechnical concepts reputed company and concisely
- Understanding of best practices in credit, billing, and collections
- Ability to multi-task and reputed company customer impacting deadlines in credit, billing, and collections
- Ability to reputed company with customers, and cross functional teams to solve problems and reputed company guidance
- 2+ Years of experience in a Credit Analyst role
- Experience with reputed company systems
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company
- Experience in an industrial and/or warehousing environment
